Exeter Expands 10-Year Relationship
With J.D. Edwards to Become Certified Reseller in Ontario

TORONTO, February 18, 2003 — J.D. Edwards & Company (Nasdaq: JDEC) and Exeter Software Group today announced that Exeter has been named an authorized reseller of J.D. Edwards 5™ applications in Ontario. Expanding its long-term business partner relationship with J.D. Edwards Canada, Exeter focuses on Canadian companies with annual revenues of less than $150 million.

Headquartered in Toronto, Exeter has been a J.D. Edwards services partner since 1993. Exeter consultants work closely with J.D. Exeter Appoints New Vice President

J.D. Edwards Expert Paul McKee to Drive Growth of New Venture

Toronto (February 5, 2003) — Exeter Software Group Inc. today announced the appointment of Paul McKee to the position of Vice President, Sales, in its Exeter Sales Inc. division. This new position was created earlier this year when the company expanded its ten-year relationship with J.D. Edwards by becoming certified as an authorized re-seller of J.D. Edwards 5™. Mr. McKee will be responsible for directing Exeter's sales of collaborative enterprise solutions to mid-market enterprises—companies with revenues up to $150 million—in Ontario.

"Paul comes to Exeter with a strong track record at J.D. Edwards Canada and a deep understanding of the needs of complex businesses," said Olton Exeter, President and CEO of Exeter. "His experience and knowledge will be invaluable to thriving companies seeking solutions that will make them even more competitive."

Mr. McKee spent seven years with J.D. Edwards Canada, from 1995 to 2002, in various sales territory roles including real estate, utilities, construction, mining, service companies and consumer packaged goods industry verticals. Under his management, each of these verticals gained significant revenue growth. Immediately prior to joining Exeter, Mr. McKee was Director of Sales for the largest Microsoft business solutions re-seller in Canada.

Mr. McKee holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and qualified as a Chartered Accountant (CA) in his native country, New Zealand.
